Having immigrated to the United States 19 years ago with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, I have learned that with hard work and determination anyone can achieve the American dream. Using the latest technology, having in depth knowledge of the Real Estate Market, and providing superior consumer service has helped me to become a Multi-Million Dollar Producer! I am very familiar and comfortable with different areas of Columbus. One of my strong points is negotiation, and my approach is "Scientific". This requires professionalism and a winning marketing plan measurable by transition from For Sale to Sale Pending to Sold... in a short amount of time. For the last 4 years I have been working with REO properties by handling all management and sales including BPO, prompt occumpancy status, negotiation "cash for keys", eviction,, etc. Over 45 successful REO transactions in 2008. I have a lot of experience with people transferring to a new area in Columbus. I understand the pressure and the stress of making a move, which is why I have many happy and satisfied clients. I have been in Real Estate for 13 years and some of my achievements are Member of National Association of Realtors, Member of Columbus Board of Realtors, Member of President's Sales Club, Member of Multi-Million Dollar Club, and Ph.D. in Biochemistry!
